Refund policy

Section A: Pre-Order Cancellations Terms

Pre-Order Cancellations (Before Fulfillment): Orders can be canceled anytime prior to shipment:

• Standard Cancellations: Pre-order cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation/merchant processing fee, which covers non-refundable credit card and gateway processing fees. The remaining balance paid to date will be refunded to your original payment method.

• Defaulted Installment Plans: Automated payments are processed via Partial.ly. If an automated installment payment fails, you will receive an immediate system notification. If the failed balance remains unpaid after 21 calendar days of notification, your pre-order reservation will be canceled, and the order will be subject to our standard 5% pre-order cancellation fee.

Section B: Delivered Items (Freight vs. Accessories)

• Tonneau Tents (Heavy Freight): Due to freight shipping constraints and logistics costs, all Tonneau Tent sales are final upon delivery. Tents are non-returnable for buyer's remorse. Tents damaged during shipping or containing manufacturing defects are fully covered under our 2-Year Manufacturer Warranty for repair or component replacement.

 

• In-Transit Freight Cancellations: If a freight order is canceled while in transit with the carrier, outbound and return freight costs plus a 12% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund.

• Accessories & Add-ons (Standard Parcel): Unopened accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

• Restocking Fee: All approved accessory returns are subject to a 12% restocking fee, which covers inspection, repackaging, and inventory processing. This fee will be automatically deducted from your final refund amount. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
